Our coaching research is embedded directly within the communities we serve across three major UK hubs.
Serving as our primary hub for demographic data collection and initial practitioner interviews. Our London base allows us to connect with a highly concentrated and diverse network of African and African Diaspora practitioners.
Our central hub for community integration. The Birmingham phase focuses heavily on qualitative feedback loops and understanding the unique regional dynamics of coaching research outside the capital.
The northern center for the BCI_Study. Research here focuses on extending the ecosystem and ensuring our coaching research models are scalable and reflective of experiences across the broader UK context.
